How to remedy a single email?

In your message tracking in the console space, search for the message to remedy.

  1. Enter the sender and/or recipient email address
  2. The subject of the email (useful to filter based only on this information)
  3. Select the message to remedy (as shown in the example screenshot)
  4. Click on Remedy


Action page for the message:

If you choose "Select all for remediation", all the messages listed in your search will be deleted.


Important:
A remedied email cannot be corrected a second time, as it is automatically deleted from the user's inbox.
Messages placed in the junk folder cannot be remedied.
