In your message tracking in the console space, search for the messages to remedy.
To facilitate the search, apply a filter based only on the email subject and the filtered domain. This will return better results for messages (with the same email subject) to remedy.
- Enter the sender and/or recipient email address
- The subject of the email (useful to filter only by this information)
- Select the messages to remedy (example, screenshot below)
- Click on Remedy
If you choose "Select all for remediation", all the messages listed in your search will be deleted.
Important:
A remedied email cannot be corrected a second time, as it is automatically deleted from the user's inbox.
Messages placed in the junk folder cannot be remedied.
