SENDING LIMITATIONS

Please note the sending rules applied on our SHEX platforms (Microsoft Exchange 2019):

• Maximum number of recipients per email: 1000

• Maximum number of recipients a user can send to within a 24-hour period: 2000
  (an NDR will be received if this limit is exceeded)

• Maximum number of emails sent to invalid recipient addresses: 50
  (an NDR will be received if this limit is exceeded)

• Maximum number of messages a user can send per minute: 50

• Maximum email size (body + attachments): < 50 MB

A cleanup of the affected user’s contacts must be performed to avoid this type of blockage from occurring again.

A company that does not comply with these rules may face criminal penalties and fines of 750 euros per message sent.
