Manual Migration Procedure from the e-securemail Interface

Prerequisites

• The user account must first be created (in the appropriate identity or store) and provisioned in the Perseus interface:
  https://secuserve.cloudforyou.fr/

• The email address must be configured.

• A password identical to the Optimails account password must be defined.

Go to your console:
https://www.security-mail.net/

Then navigate to:

Messaging → Tools → Migration

In the user list, search for the email address to migrate.

For example, here we selected a Secuserve Chess address.

Next, click Migration to define the account information to be migrated.

Steps

1. Enter the full email address and password
   (of the SHEX account).

2. Then click Migrate
   (to transfer the data to the Exchange mailbox account).

3. Delta: change the transport method and reapply a delta migration.
